Default Effective E/ME Build

Profession: E/ME

Name: Invulnerability

Type: PVE/PvP

Category: Nuker/Tank

Attributes:
Fire Magic: 11 +3 + 1
Water Magic: 7
Energy Storage:9

*note* I cant play Guild Wars right now since this isnt my home computer so this attribute distribution may be off, but only slightly at the most.

Skills and Purpose of them:

Mark of Rodgert: Sets a target enemy and all nearby enemies on fire for 3 seconds everytime you cast a fre spell on them. This condition of being on fire completely ignores armor, so can be extremly devastating. This buff lasts 30+ seconds so you can convientiently only cast it once for every battle you have.

Flame Burst: Deals Fire Damage to all Nearby Enemies. It deals decent damage, has virtually no casting time, and an incredibly quick cooldown of only 5 seconds. This will probably be your main damage spell.

Inferno: Deals Fire Damage to all Adjacent Enemies. This is simliar to flameburst, except with a few things better about it and a few things worse. On the negative side it has a smaller AOE Radious, and a longer cooldown. But on the positive side, it deals about 20-25 more damage than flameburst, and costs 10 mana instead of 15. The smaller AOE radious shouldnt matter if your against melee units, as this build is ment for.

Meteor Shower: Deals Fire Damage to Enemies every 3 seconds for 9 seconds, and also knocks them down; this spell causes exaushion. Costs 25 mana, and has a dreadfully long casting time of 5 seconds.

Fire Atunement: Gives 30% of the base energy cost of any fire spell you cast back, along with an extra 1 energy. Without this spell your mana would be drained in seconds, its a necessity.

Glyph of Sacrafice: Causes your next spell to be cast instantly, but then its cooldown is increased by 30 seconds. Awesome when combined with Meteor Shower.

Mist Form: Makes you invulnerable to all attacks, and also unable to deal damage with attacks. This is your spell for tanking, its more than enough when combined with arcane echo to keep you alive.

Arcane Echo: Who doesnt know what this does.

Purpose of Build and other Info:

The purpose of this build is to effectivley farm melee NPCS with little difficutly and very quickly. I designed this build when farming trolls in Droks, but it could easily work on a lot of other monsters.

The bigger the group of enemies the better this build is, since you can easily handle any number of melee NPCs and it relies entirley on AOE damage.

Strategy:

Before you attract the attention of the enemies, cast Archane Echo on yourself and then wait for your mana to fully regen When you get them all near you cast Mist Form, then cast Mark of Rodgert imediatly after, then use flameburst and right after that use Inferno (or other way around). These two damage spells should be cast first because they take virtually no time to cast, and it will allow thier cooldown to refresh that much sooner, so you can use them again. After casting these two damage spells, cast glyph of sacrafice and then meteor shower, these two should be cast second cause glyph of sacrafice has a slight casting time so by the time your done flameburst's cooldown will have ALMOST refreshed. Now just keep spamming Flameburst and Inferno, and the fire attunement should keep your mana up. Use the Archane Echo abilty, which is cloned Mist Form, when the normal Mist Form expires. If the enemies for some odd reason still aren't dead after the Clonded Mist Form Expires, the cooldown for the normal Mist Form should be done by about now, so use that and then continue to spam Flame Burst + Inferno.

This Build has proved extremely deadly. I can kill dozens of trolls in under 20 seconds, and rarley ever die. If your in an area where your not tanking a lot of monsters at one time, you could always take out meteor shower and glyph of sarcrafice, and replace them with other damage spells of your preferance, or add in a glyph of energy, as that usually always comes in handly.

Any comments of criticisms?

Well number 1 this build has been around since the begining (but good job on making it if you made it from absolute scratch)
2, its not a PvP build.
3, its an excellent normal mode troll/minotaur farmer.
4, thats pretty much all it can do.

The thing is every profession can and does farm trolls and minotaurs. Its the easiest thing to do when you arent that experienced at farming.

Blast! But yeah i thought this build up entirley from scratch with A LOT of experimenting, and I was rather proud of the synergy between the abilitieis. I'll have to check out builds for other classes then if its not just Warriors, Eles, and Monks that can farm there, as it as seemed to be.

I've experimented with a lot of different builds using a lot of different professions, and i've tried other elites as well in those builds, but this one by far has proven the easiest. You basically have a 45 sec invulnerabliity to attacks by only using TWO spells, so you have great survivability and also plenty of room to add in offensive skills.
